Remote Nurse Practitioner for Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Overview

Boulder Care is looking for Iowa based Nurse Practitioners who are aligned with Harm Reduction principles and have experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) for a 100% remote, full-time, W2 position.

In Short

• 100% remote position
• Full-time work (40 hours a week)
• Monday-Friday schedule of 10am - 6pm Eastern Time
• Work directly with patients to deliver medication-assisted recovery for Substance Use Disorder
• Empower patients in their recovery journeys
• Coordinate with Care Team members
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with SUDs
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with technology and operations teams
• Must have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet
• Compensation range: $130,000 - $140,000 per year

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of addiction treatment experience
• 3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
• Degree from an accredited nursing school
• Experience managing SUDs in a chronic care model
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
• Ability to gain approval for multiple state licenses
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Must have a dedicated, private workspace
• Cannot employ individuals who are or have been patients at Boulder Care
