Overview

The Global Head of Customer Marketing will be responsible for generating sales pipeline and helping to increase customer engagement and loyalty through the development and execution of innovative customer-focused marketing strategies.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Focus on customer cross-selling and increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Build targeted campaigns to enhance customer stickiness and maximize product adoption.
  • Use customer data and analytics to identify key customer segments.
  • Collaborate with customer success, product, and sales teams.
  • Lead initiatives to increase customer engagement through personalized content.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and brand teams to ensure alignment.
  • Provide strategic direction for successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in customer marketing or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent understanding of customer data analytics and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing customer loyalty and retention programs.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or payments-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
