• Manage calendars, appointments, and team scheduling.
• Oversee client onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot tech issues and support tools.
• Track deliverables and timelines across multiple projects.
• Coordinate team meetings and assign tasks.
• Schedule and repurpose social media content.
• Support email marketing efforts.
• Respond to general inquiries and manage client communications.
• Ensure smooth communication during core hours.
• Participate in occasional in-person client events.

Requirements
