Overview

As a Senior sUAV Test Engineer, you will ensure that solutions for the Army's next generation of small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles are thoroughly tested for functionality, reliability, and user experience, working closely with developers to deliver the best solutions possible.

• Develop and deploy test solutions for sUAV payload dropped munitions.
• 5+ years of experience as a lead Test Engineer.
• Create comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Execute integration and test efforts, analyze results, and identify issues.
• Evaluate new testing technologies and tools.
• Knowledge of Small Unmanned Aerial Systems and their applications.
• Facilitate collaboration among technical teams and stakeholders.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technological field.
• Military experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in test engineering.
• Experience in developing test plans and executing tests.
• Ability to analyze test results and determine root causes.
• Knowledge of sUAS navigation and controls.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• FAA Small UAS Rule, Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification preferred.
