Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Booz Allen, you will develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets client needs while utilizing cloud capabilities.

In Short

• Develop container management software for clients.
• Utilize cloud technologies to improve client environments.
• Support the team in strategy and design for containerization.
• Recommend resources for managing and adopting containers securely.
• Strengthen DevOps skills while supporting cloud platform development.
• Work with AWS cloud environment.
• Manage tools deployed with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code environments.
• Knowledge of container networking and security technologies.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AWS cloud environment.
• 5+ years with containerization and orchestrating deployments.
• 4+ years managing tools with Helm and automation tools.
• Experience in developing custom applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
• Experience with scripting languages.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active DoD 8570 Level II Compliant Certification.
• Experience in Java or Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including Docker and AWS.
