In Short

• Lead and manage infrastructure and network-related projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, network engineers, and external vendors, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with established objectives and KPIs.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring all deliverables are well-documented and meet required standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and expectations are properly set and met.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Ensure compliance with all company standards and best practices in project management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on infrastructure or network projects.
• Proven experience working with Active Directory (AD) in a project management context.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and network technologies, including but not limited to servers, networking, and cloud solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt to changing requirements or priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
