Senior HR Operations Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join the HR OPS team at BOLD. In this role, you will ensure compliance of employee documentation, support the employment of foreign nationals, oversee EHS requirements, and drive the implementation of policy changes resulting from labor law updates. You will also be responsible for benefits enrollment, collaboration with vendors, and managing the benefits platform.

In Short

• Maintain and update personnel records in Workday and other HR tools.
• Review new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Prepare and review new documents resulting from policy changes.
• Coordinate OHS processes and manage PTO and absences.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits and collaborate with Payroll and Legal teams.
• Support HRBPs in compensation processes.
• Work with external vendors for compliance and support.
• Keep HR Ops resources up to date.
• Ensure a positive experience for all employees.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Ops Specialist or in a relevant role.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, especially Workday.
• Solid understanding of Polish labor law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
