Requirements

• C7 or C10 certification required; C34 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic networks and telecom construction best practices.
• Experience in managing large-scale fiber deployment projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management capabilities.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
