• Creation, maintenance, and further development of reports, dashboards, and analyses using Jaspersoft Studio and JasperReports Server.
• Analysis of complex data structures in medical systems (e.g., HL7 and clinical databases).
• Support in connecting new data sources and integrating them into our reporting framework.
• Consulting internal stakeholders (product development, support, management) on reporting requirements.
• Optimization of existing BI processes and training colleagues on the effective use of the tools.
• Performance analysis and error diagnosis in the BI environment.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Jaspersoft (Studio + Server) or a comparable open-source BI solution.
• Proficient in SQL (ideally PostgreSQL) and relational databases.
• Experience with XML, Java, or scripting languages is an advantage.
• Ideally knowledge in the medical field (HL7, Mirth Connect, etc.).
• Analytical thinking, high personal responsibility, and enjoyment in structuring complex requirements.
• Very good German and English language skills.
