Overview

The Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst will work with the Executive Fleet team at Boeing to ensure material supply aligns with production schedules and delivery targets while identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.

In Short

  • Collaborate with production planning and operations teams.
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency projects.
  • Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage supply chain processes.
  • Support system enhancements and data accuracy initiatives.
  • Analyze complex material requirements.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of materials.
  • Work variable shifts to support mission requirements.
  • Engage in supplier negotiations and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with procurement, quality, and logistics teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • 1+ years of experience with GOLD.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Preferred: Experience in Aerospace or manufacturing industry.
