In Short

• Processing customer inquiries via email and social media
• Community management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Assisting in planning postings
• Contributing to marketing and campaign management
• Optional: Content creation, SEO analysis, AI content, image editing

Requirements

• Enrolled student in a relevant field
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Additional language skills are a plus
• Interest in nutrition, health, and lifestyle
• Empathy, reliability, and independent working style
• Ideally experience with social media and customer support
