Part-Time Controller - Remote

Overview

Bodily is a CPG brand transforming women's health through clinically backed products. We manufacture and sell intimate apparel, supplements, and personal care products through multiple channels including Shopify and Amazon. As a lean, omni-channel team, we are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Controller to help us scale with financial rigor.

In Short

• Part-time Controller to lead monthly close process.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financials.
• Ensure tight controls over inventory and COGS.
• Must be fluent in English and work during East Coast hours.
• Own accounting operations and partner closely with the CEO.
• Ideal candidate is a CPA with experience in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Comfortable using QuickBooks and Cin7.
• Build scalable processes for a growing omni-channel business.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams.
• Liaise with external bookkeepers and tax advisors.

Requirements

• CPA certification.
• Experience in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Cin7.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred.
• Ability to work during East Coast hours.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
