Fintech SaaS Technical Team Lead - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to enhance and expand our data-driven SaaS applications. This role involves leading a development team of Python & Typescript engineers, working alongside the SaaS applications Product Manager.

• Lead and manage a development team of Python and Typescript engineers

Requirements

• Experience in leading engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of Python and Typescript
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with data science and visualisation applications
• Ability to develop technology roadmaps
• Understanding of application design and development best practices
• Experience in ensuring system architecture meets scalability, reliability & security goals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
