Overview

The Lead Data Scientist at BlueLabs will lead the design, implementation, and delivery of analytics products and services, managing a team of data scientists and analysts to solve complex problems using data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a quantitative production environment or a postgraduate degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and modeling.
• Experience with experimental design and causal inference.
• Advanced skills in R or Python.
• Expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning.
• Proficient in SQL for data manipulation.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Experience in data visualization.
• Leadership skills including empathy and problem-solving.
• Must be able to obtain a Federal Public Trust security clearance.
