In Short

• Lead end-to-end design for Blueground’s Partner Network Portal.
• Shape a product that meets the needs of property partners.
• Design workflows, UI, and experience architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Prototype, test, and iterate based on research and feedback.
• Ensure the portal is intuitive, efficient, and reliable.
• Work within and evolve the design system.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience in designing web products with a focus on workflows.
• Strong interaction design skills.
• Ability to incorporate AI thinking into product exploration.
• Proven track record of simplifying complex problems.
• Familiarity with component-based systems.
• Portfolio showcasing user-driven design.
