Head of Global Internal Operations - Remote

Overview

This role is centered around leading and scaling global internal operations at Bluecrux, while also serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and driving AI transformation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end processes.
• Ability to identify organizational redesign needs.
• Excellent internal stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with technology, systems, and AI concepts.
• Master's in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one.
