Global Operations Intern - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated intern to join our Global Operations team, responsible for supporting various aspects of our team’s operations, including data collection and analysis, as well as assisting with special projects.

In Short

• Support Purchase Order (PO) Process and track invoices.
• Collaborate with financial leads to document financial processes.
• Assist the Broadcast Engineer/Meeting Planner with scheduling and virtual meeting management.
• Track projects across U.S. Facilities.
• Help create updated portfolio dashboards and real estate reports.
• Assist with general facility management services.
• Must be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
