Project Manager - Ring and Transport - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager, Transport, Rings and Power Oversight is responsible for governance for all of our construction efforts as it relates to network extensions, micro-ring enablement, and securing of both permanent, as well as temporary & backup power through generators and UPS.

In Short

• Partner with permitting team to ensure timely approvals for power-related permits.
• Oversee internal coordinators and 3rd party partners for construction quality.
• Manage developer relations for timely build schedules.
• Contribute to CapEx forecasting and budgeting for projects.
• Establish strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Manage FPL relationship for payment timeliness.
• Provide requirements for procuring UPS and generators.

Requirements

• Must live in Florida.
• B.S. or MBA in Business Management, Finance or related degree.
• 8+ years in project management within construction or network engineering.
• 5+ years experience in project management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ownership of timelines.
• Understanding of transport and ring buildouts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
