Senior Project Manager, AEP/Adobe - Remote

Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Senior Project Manager who has hands-on project experience at an enterprise level and who preferably has worked with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). They will be primarily responsible for quality, on-budget, and on-schedule delivery of eCommerce technology solutions.

In Short

• Builds and executes project-related plans including schedules and communication plans.
• Manages day-to-day communications and expectations with key stakeholders.
• Facilitates regular status meetings and generates weekly status reports.
• Collaborates with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Controls quality by reviewing deliverables prior to client presentation.
• Manages risks and associated mitigation plans impacting project success.
• Ensures delivery of contract commitments and tracks submissions and sign-offs.
• Overall accountability for project gross margin and client budget management.
• Coordinates tasks assignments and monitors progress for completion.
• Identifies resources needed and collaborates with the Talent Management team.

Requirements

• Must have enterprise-level project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 5+ years experience in a project management role in technology.
• Experience in project management including risk and milestone management.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Cross-functional team and people management experience.
• Budget and financial management experience.
• Experience managing client and third-party relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
