Technical Product Manager, Simplicity - Remote

Overview

Blockstream is seeking a Technical Product Manager to steward the ongoing development of the Simplicity programming language and the developer tools that will foster its growth and adoption.

In Short

• Engage with Simplicity developers to understand their use cases and pain points.
• Work with engineering to address gaps in the product offering and establish requirements.
• Own the developer experience across published libraries, tools, documentation.
• Identify and execute on cross-over opportunities for Simplicity.
• Develop articles, videos, slides, documentation and social media posts for awareness.
• Lead efforts to integrate Simplicity into Blockstream’s core product offerings.
• Grow the base of developers using Simplicity.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a product manager building solutions for developers.
• B.S. in Computer Science or other technical fields of study.
• 1+ years experience as a software developer.
• Strong grasp of the Bitcoin protocol and fundamentals of Bitcoin Script.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
