Overview

The Associate Knowledge Management Specialist will serve as a contributor, curator, and publisher for internal and external information resources related to customer service and game content, while maintaining Blizzard's commitment to quality.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Blizzard Entertainment games.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing or related field.
• Familiarity with HTML and web authoring tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Written fluency in Korean is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules.
