Finance & Operations Assistant - Remote

Overview

This role is for a fast-growing iGaming lead generation agency delivering performance-driven marketing and customer acquisition for established iGaming brands. The role is critical to keeping our financial operations tight, our people processes organised, and our day-to-day administration running smoothly.

In Short

• Finance-led role with additional HR administration responsibilities
• Own day-to-day financial operations of the business
• Support core HR and admin processes
• Reports into the CEO with support from a part-time Head of Finance
• Take ownership of the financial workload
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and organisation
• Work independently
• Finance accounts for approximately 60–70% of the role
• Support senior leadership in focusing on growth and strategy
• Be part of a lean, internationally distributed business

Requirements

• Experience in finance and operations
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
• High standards of accuracy
• Experience in HR administration is a plus
