In Short

• Remote (West Coast Preferred)
• 6-month consulting project with the possibility of extension
• Executing large strategic research studies among the clients’ target customer base
• Working with the Insights team to scope and design complex studies
• Managing the full life cycle of a study
• Collaborating with stakeholders to drive actionable insights
• Creating digestible reports for non-research audiences
• Supporting knowledge sharing across the organization
• Requires 7+ years of professional experience in User Experience Research
• Presentation building skills and data visualization

Requirements

• Strong UX research background
• Ability to translate data into insights
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative UXR methods
• Exceptional communication skills
• Familiarity with research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserZoom)
• Experience in healthcare preferred but not required
