Overview

The Marketing Campaign Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, leveraging strong SQL skills and audience management knowledge to optimize segmentation strategies.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational database systems.
• Solid understanding of audience management and campaign execution processes.
• Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign).
• Basic knowledge of Python or openness to learning for automation tasks.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
