Appian Product Owner - Remote

Overview

The Appian Product Owner will assist and manage technology work of internal teams and external suppliers to optimize and standardize steps in the program campaign process, focusing on customer loyalty offerings.

In Short

• Provide support for the workflow management tool on a seasoned Scrum team.
• Develop documentation to test/evaluate user acceptance criteria.
• Provide day-to-day project management and coaching to teams.
• Identify areas of concern and develop solutions.
• Create flow charts and record important project information.
• Provide counsel to business leaders on major decisions.
• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Promote and manage cross-functional discussions.
• Develop analyses and solution plans in collaboration with clientele.

Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale projects as a Product Owner.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Appian and Aprimo preferred.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Marketing Technology and Business Processes.
• Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects.
• Confidence in seeking guidance from upper levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
