Client Success Architect - Remote

Overview

As a rapidly growing cybersecurity company, Blackpoint Cyber is seeking a Client Success Architect to enhance partner health and drive the adoption of their product suite.

In Short

• Enhance partner health by driving product adoption.
• Provide technical engagement and training to partners.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Product teams.
• Offer onboarding and offboarding support to partners.
• Engage in ongoing education about Blackpoint products.
• Assist in crafting monthly partner reviews.
• Track activity with KPIs on ChurnZero.
• Follow documented processes to enhance client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• High degree of technical proficiency with product suites.
• Knowledge of Zendesk, ChurnZero, and HubSpot.
• History of driving customer value and engagement.
• Strong customer-facing skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Experience in the security landscape.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
