As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Blackfluo.ai, you will play a crucial role in expanding our infrastructure to build a secure, scalable, and automated foundation for our distributed systems in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Solid background in DevOps or SysOps with a focus on automation.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to document security and operational processes clearly.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have: experience with multi-site or distributed infrastructures.
• Proficiency with OpenStack, Proxmox, and provisioning tools.
• Experience with Unifi network devices is a plus.
