Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead initiatives to improve the Veteran Transition Experience, ensuring seamless access to VA and cross-agency benefits for transitioning service members and recently separated Veterans.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Veteran transition services.
• Develop a data-driven product roadmap in collaboration with VA stakeholders.
• Define key outcomes aligned with VA’s mission.
• Partner with various VA teams and federal agencies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary Agile teams through sprint cycles.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and data analysts.
• Ensure integration with VA Master Person Index and other data sources.
• Drive cloud-based and open-source technology adoption.
• Implement monitoring and analytics to measure product performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal IT regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience with continuous discovery and delivery.
• Direct experience in the VA environment preferred.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and product roadmaps.
• Experience in user research and service design.
• Proven ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
