Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Bitwarden, you will directly contribute to the operational success and growth of the Bitwarden team and product through cloud technology.

In Short

  • Take ownership of the Bitwarden cloud infrastructure.
  • Evaluate current infrastructure and recommend improvements.
  • Implement site reliability tools and monitoring systems.
  • Respond to infrastructure outages and contribute to 24x7 support.
  • Participate in code reviews and share technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on priorities and deliverables.
  • Engage with product owners to align service level indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience with multi-region deployments in public cloud environments.
  • Production Kubernetes experience.
  • Fluency in at least one programming language (C#, Python, Go).
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment and automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Git source control.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information securely.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
