Senior KOL Growth Marketer - Chinese Speaker - Remote

Overview

As part of the Growth team, you’ll be in charge of brainstorming and executing customized and targeted campaigns for different regions and objects, whether it’s product launches or brand campaigns.

In Short

• Strategically identify, research, and acquire new Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Negotiate favorable deals and contracts with KOLs to secure high-impact partnerships.
• Develop product/brand positioning and messaging for KOL activations.
• Design and execute integrated KOL-driven campaigns from strategy to effectiveness reporting.
• Manage and optimize ongoing KOL relationships against key metrics.
• Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns and measurement of their success.
• Maintain consistency of marketing materials with campaign messaging and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on trends, competitor landscape, and best practices in influencer marketing.

Requirements

• Experience working in the crypto trading space.
• 5+ years of proven experience in growth hacking or performance marketing.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals with external partners.
• In-depth knowledge of product/brand campaigns leveraging KOLs.
• Exceptional creativity and ability to develop unique growth strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Basic graphic design skills are highly desirable.
