The Martech Analyst will play an active role in the growth of xTech, a practice with over 500 highly specialized professionals in Data & AI, Cloud, Digital Platforms and Solutions, and the creation of end-to-end solutions to support client companies in digital transformation.

In Short

Analyze user behavior through digital resources.
Identify key information to optimize navigation flows.
Define tracking architecture and implement event tags.
Develop and maintain dashboard reporting for customer journey insights.
Support Martech Engineers and Architects in vertical solution implementation.
Work with both junior and intermediate profiles.
Prioritize candidates with innovative solution development skills.
Participate in various project contexts and stakeholders.
Engage in continuous learning through over 300 training courses.

Requirements

Deep knowledge of Digital Analytics and Tag Management tools.
Experience with Data Visualization and BI tools.
Familiarity with CRO and UX optimization tools.
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).
Basic understanding of front-end languages (HTML, Javascript).
Experience in Digital Analytics, Digital Marketing, or BI Development.
Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or STEM disciplines.
