District Manager - Remote

We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.

In Short

• This position will help support our Grand Rapids territory.
• Looking for someone with a passion for changing healthcare.
• Hands-on and engaged position within a dynamic sales team.
• Field-based remote position.
• Responsibilities include relationship development and sales.
• Training physicians and staff on Biote's protocols.
• Recruiting qualified practitioners.
• Conducting educational seminars.
• Collaborating with marketing for practice development.
• Updating sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B, preferably in medical or biotech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make persuasive presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the month.
• Home office capability with reliable high-speed internet.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Scheduled hours of 40 to 50 hours per week.
