Requirements

• Experience in direct sourcing or candidate research.
• Experience in sourcing tech candidates for various engineering roles.
• Familiarity with major recruiting tools and job boards.
• Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in blockchain/Web3 technology is a preference.
