Requirements

• Native or advanced proficiency in Russian/Kazakh.
• Strong analytical skills to translate insights into actions.
• Comfortable with accountability and ownership.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is desirable.
