Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in C++ or Rust with 8+ years of experience.
• Proficient in English & Chinese for coordination.
• Deep understanding of system-level concepts.
• Experience with network-level optimizations.
• Proven experience in low-latency environments.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with high-frequency trading systems preferred.
