• Responsible for developing and managing card products in multiple markets.
• Collaborate with business development, technical team, finance, risk, compliance, and legal.
• Design product roadmap and outline key milestones.
• Deliver detailed PRD requirements and interactive designs.
• Optimize product performance dashboard using data-driven approaches.
• Lead and supervise the product life cycle with engineering, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of card product management experience.
• Understanding of card processes like reconciliation, settlement, and chargeback.
• Knowledge of product development life cycle and portfolio management.
• Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks in the card industry.
• Excellent prioritization framework and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
