Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant marketing experience in Fintech/BtoC or web3.
• Execution-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve results.
• Strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/technology.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Ability to work independently.
• A university degree in Marketing is a plus.
• Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues.
• Proven experience in growing and managing a user base.
