Overview

The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
