Senior CRM Developer - Remote

Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment is at the heart of our customer relationships and business processes. That’s why we are looking for you as a Senior CRM Developer to help reshape our CRM landscape. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, contributing to the creation of scalable and maintainable solutions.

In Short

• You will work closely with other CRM experts to drive the technical development of our Dynamics 365 environment
• You will design and implement robust, scalable CRM solutions, making key architectural decisions
• You will optimize the performance and reliability of existing customizations
• You will create and maintain technical documentation
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and are well-versed in performance optimization and system limitations
• You are proficient in JavaScript and C# development within D365
• You have experience in solution architecture for complex CRM implementations
• You are skilled in working with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• You have business-fluent English skills; German skills are a plus
