Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk - Remote

Overview

This position is ideal for someone with experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, who enjoys verifying invoices, managing open items, and keeping track of current billing status. Join our expanding accounting team in Uslar and/or work remotely.

In Short

• Prepare payment runs independently
• Verify, classify, and post incoming invoices
• Maintain open item accounts and manage clarifications
• Handle booking processes in DATEV and SAP
• Act as a contact person for inquiries in accounts payable and receivable

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Experience with IFRS accounting preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in German (C1) and conversational in English
