As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the front line of communication for a U.S.-based company, helping clients resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms.
  • Assist with order status, product information, billing questions, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively resolve customer complaints or concerns, using good judgment and empathy.
  • Use CRM systems and support platforms to log interactions, track issues, and update customer records.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
  • Follow support SOPs and contribute to updating documentation for team knowledge bases.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
  • Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
