HR Director for Trading Division - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an HR Director with deep experience in proprietary trading firms to take ownership of the People function for our Trading division.

In Short

• Act as the HR business partner to the Trading leadership team.
• Drive hiring strategy for traders, researchers, and trading technologists.

Requirements

• 8+ years in HR or people leadership roles.
• 3+ years working with or inside trading firms.
• Strong personal network among trading firms and hedge funds.
• Experience designing trading-specific compensation schemes.
• Deep understanding of trading culture and hiring market.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
