Treasury Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Treasury Analyst will facilitate daily treasury operations, provide accurate cash reporting, and assist with bank structure management and some risk management activities.

In Short

• Monitor and analyze the company’s daily cash position
• Assist Accounts Payable and Payroll to generate approved payments
• Adhere to month-end cut-off schedules and monthly reporting requirements
• Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash forecasts
• Administer the company credit card programs
• Assist with intercompany funding settlements
• Provide information for audits and monitor cash management activities
• Support FX processes and maintain settlement instructions
• Assist in maintaining banking records and legal documentation
• Support corporate accounting and financial planning functions

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required
• 2+ years of corporate treasury experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to quickly understand complex transactions
• Knowledge of the banking industry and bank products
• Ability to apply finance and treasury principles
• Proficiency in accounting
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Effective at planning and priority-setting
• Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills
