Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Beyond Finance, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in financial hardship programs, providing compassionate support and guidance throughout their journey.

In Short

  • Serve as the caring voice for clients in financial hardship programs.
  • Complete a four-week training program to become an expert.
  • Provide superior customer service and a positive experience.
  • Handle high volume inbound and outbound client calls.
  • Identify and resolve client issues with a focus on relationships.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and deliver practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely handling of requests.
  • Document information in the CRM database for client accounts.
  • Meet and exceed performance expectations focused on quality and efficiency.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection required.
  • Strong computer technical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
  • Ability to handle routine and complex client inquiries.
  • Effective problem solver with a people-focused approach.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment.
