Producer Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Producer Assistant will support project tasks and assist in production processes, ensuring smooth operations on set and effective communication with stakeholders.

In Short

• Assist with ongoing tasks during project implementation or on set.
• Prepare props for shoots: purchasing, collecting, controlling, and organizing props post-shoot.
• Maintain records of e-commerce products and systematize data in relevant databases.
• Prepare presentations and working spreadsheets for various departments.
• Transfer and update information in internal databases and spreadsheets.
• Communicate with location representatives and contractors: initial contacts, gathering commercial proposals and calculations.
• Coordinate meetings (team, contractor, and project-related) and prepare reports afterwards.

Requirements

• Experience in production processes or related fields for at least 6 months.
• Understanding of the producer's role and the overall structure of a film crew.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Clarity, responsibility, and quick decision-making skills.
• Proficient use of Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Ability to manage budgets, work with spreadsheets and databases.
• Skills in organizing and optimizing large volumes of information.
