In Short

• Own and operationalize end-to-end program delivery for complex cross-functional product initiatives.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that accelerate delivery.
• Partner closely with Product Design leadership to plan and drive design initiatives.
• Facilitate core execution touchpoints for the Design team.
• Drive timely decisions and make tradeoffs visible.
• Coordinate and operationalize user research initiatives.
• Establish and maintain documentation and workflows.
• Facilitate change management initiatives.
• Execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Experience using project management tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
