In Short

• Serve as senior strategic partner to business leaders, particularly the BetterSleep business unit.
• Build and oversee robust financial models to support scenario planning and long-term financial strategy.
• Own and lead materials for Weekly Reviews, Board presentations, and strategic discussions.
• Lead actual vs budget analysis, including variance investigation and actionable commentary.
• Oversee KPI reporting for managers and department leaders, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Drive operating cadence and financial discipline across forecasts and planning.
• Perform cost analysis and margin analysis for new products and features.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Accounting during month-end and quarter-end close.
• Lead complex ad-hoc analyses and strategic projects.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or FP&A.
• At least 1-2 years of corporate finance experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance or business administration.
• Highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter; knows how and when to escalate.
• Fluent understanding of P&L dynamics and creating business cases.
• Ability to demonstrate poise and professionalism in front of senior leaders.
• Advanced Excel-based modelling skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
