In Short

• Join a diverse team at BetterHelp focused on expanding access to therapy.
• Own and drive end-to-end design for critical features across the Therapist domain.
• Design experiences from discovery to production-quality UI in Figma.
• Identify UI/UX inconsistencies and propose scalable solutions.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape product experiences.
• Use metrics and insights to evaluate and improve designs.
• Contribute to design quality through critiques and reviews.
• Influence strategy by synthesizing insights for product innovation.
• Work remotely with occasional travel to the San Jose office.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating research-driven design and measurable impact.
• Expertise in creating user flows and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
• Ability to think strategically and execute with clarity.
• Experience partnering with PMs and engineers.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity.
