As the Manager, Commercial Finance at BetterHelp, you will play a critical role in driving financial visibility and accountability across the organization, supporting business leaders with planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Strategic Finance or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate information across business units.
• Fluent understanding of P&L dynamics and business cases.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
