• Develop and execute a comprehensive podcast and influencer marketing strategy tailored to various international markets.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and podcast hosts.
• Collaborate with brand, performance marketing, and regional teams.
• Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and local regulations.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness using key metrics.
• Stay ahead of podcast and influencer trends globally.
• Manage agency relationships and media buying.
• Manage budgets and timelines effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or podcast partnerships.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns.
• Deep understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Highly organized and data-driven.
• Familiarity with mental health or regulated industries is a plus.
• Experience with global influencer platforms and compliance processes.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
